Shifts — Find. Do. Earn collects information you provide during registration, onboarding, campaign participation, and financial consent flows. This includes contact details, location and territory preferences, verification media (photos, GPS checkpoints), and transaction history on the platform ledger.
Data is used to match participants with opportunities, verify completed work, calculate earnings, and provide analytics to businesses and administrators. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Financial partners receive only the minimum data required to process consented withdrawals.
You may request correction of profile data through your portal settings. Administrators retain ledger and verification records as required for audit, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
