# Shifts (VTech Shift)

> Ethiopia's opportunity economy platform — Find. Do. Earn.

Shifts connects businesses that need customers, leads, sales and field work with
participants who complete paid tasks, sell products on commission, and grow their
skills through learning. Every submission is verified with photo, GPS, QR or
document proof before money is released, and earnings are paid in Ethiopian Birr
through Telebirr or CBE Birr. It is free for participants to join.
